FIRE inspection (starting at $99 per building)

My FIRE inspection is done on a per-building basis
based on size, so if you live in a condominium
complex, you need to either have all the people in
your condominium building contact me together, or
have your Homeowners’ Association contact me for
a full evaluation of all the buildings on the property.

This inspection is most popular with homeowners in
rural areas. Most properties in rural areas require a
“defensible space,” sometimes as much as 200 feet
out from any structures. This inspection helps
create that defensible space to protect the home,
as well as check certain areas of the home that, if
not taken care of properly, can allow wind-driven
embers to penetrate that defensible space.
Additionally, I provide a free 25-page e-document
with over 125 pictures to my Clients titled
“Protecting your home from wind-driven wildfires
using landscaping, vegetation, and home
maintenance.” In it I discuss how to turn that bare,
defensible space into something that you can be
proud of rather than just ugly, bare ground.
