ONE INSPECTION DOES NOT FIT ALL! SPA inspection ($99) There’s more to a spa inspection than just determining whether or not the water gets hot! Spa inspections are available for both above- ground spas and in-ground spas. A discount of $50 on the spa or hot tub inspection is available if the inspection is done in conjunction with a property inspection.
