ONE INSPECTION DOES NOT FIT ALL!

WALK inspection ($99 per hour)

My WALK inspection is available only to
prospective buyers who are not yet in escrow
on any property. It is specifically meant to inform
prospective buyers of major visible problems before
they have made a purchase offer on a property and
deposited thousands of dollars into an escrow
account. By doing this, they don’t have to wait
weeks or months to get their money back if the
property inspection revealed too many problems, or
major problems, that they don’t want to deal with
under any circumstances.

This service can be done at open houses or private
showings, either with or without your Realtor.

This service is not meant to take the place of a
standard home inspection since there is no
written report involved with this service. I talk,
you listen, you ask questions, you make notes. It is
very easy to visit several properties in the
neighborhood where you want to live in only a few
hours, which is why I charge by the hour rather
than by the property.

There is a minimum charge of $299, so come with a
list of at least three properties to take best
advantage of this service.
