There are many variables that go into pricing my
services. The three most determinant factors are
the type of property (condominium, single family,
two buildings on one property, multi-family
buildings, etc.), how big the buildings are (square
feet), unique aspects of the property (movie
theater, two full kitchens, swimming pool and spa,
etc.), and travel distance (drive time and gasoline
expenses) since I work throughout Southern
California (counties of Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles,
Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego,
San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura).

I adjust my prices monthly—sometimes up,
sometimes down—to take into account things over
which I have no control.

week, and yes, that does include “after hours,”
